摘　　要：作为高职院校管理工作的一个重要组成部分,学生管理工作是提高人才培养质量、实现人才培养目标的重要保障。本文结合工作实际,将模块化理论运用于高职基层院系学生管理工作实践,对学生管理工作中的系统复杂问题进行有效分解与整合,探讨构建学生工作模块化管理模式,以实现基层院系学生管理工作的系统性、针对性和创新性。As one of the important parts of management work of higher vocational colleges, the work of student management is the important guarantee for improving the talent cultivating quality and realizing the target of talent cultivation. On the basic of practice, this paper applies the theory of modularization to the practice of student management work, aiming to achieve the systematization, pertinence and innovation in the student management work of higher vocational colleges.
