摘　　要：研究室是农业科研单位最基层的业务机构,承担了科研人员管理、科研业务管理、研究生管理、实验室管理和绩效分配管理等五大管理职能,执行好这五项基本管理职能是研究室正常开展工作的首要条件。文章基于研究室的角度,提出研究室要组建合理的科研梯队、营造融洽的工作氛围、健全各类管理制度和分配制度等措施,做好自我管理,以便更好地开展科研工作。Research lab is the most basic professional organization, but it takes five major management functions, the scientific research personnel management, scientific research business management, graduate management, laboratory management and bonus distribution management. The implementation of the five basic management functions is the primary condition for normal work of the research lab. In this paper, based on the perspective of research lab, it was pointed that the formation of a reasonable scientific reseach echelon, creating a harmonious working atmosphere, improving the management system and distribution system made the research lab possible to do a good self management and better scientific research work.
