摘 要:目的分析在"以器官系统为中心"的教学新模式中临床诊断技能课程的教学情况。方法针对2010年级试点班实施的"以器官系统为中心"的教学新模式,同济大学附属同济医院本着以"以学生为中心,以能力为导向"的教学理念,将临床诊断学、实验诊断学和影像诊断学有机整合,形成"诊断技能课程群",并与各器官系统教学紧密联系。结果学生上课主动,对于知识掌握程度明显增加,同时对疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的水平明显提高。结论 "诊断技能课程群"的实施使学生对知识的理解更为全面,分析问题时能够将知识内容进行有机的融会贯通,同时充分发挥了学生的主观能动性。Objective To evaluate the clinical teaching using "diagnostic skill course cluster" in organ-system-based curriculum. Methods The organ-system-based curriculum had been implemented in Tongji Hospital since 2010. Based on the concept "student-centered and competency-oriented" the clinical diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics and imaging diagnostic were integrated to form a "diagnostic skill course cluster", which was adapted in the organ-system-based curriculum. Results Students were more active in class than before while increased the degree of mastering knowledge. At the same time the diagnosis and differential diagnosis skill of students were significantly improved. Conclusion The introduction of diagnostic skill course cluster in clinical teaching has improved the teaching quality and the knowledge, skill and initiative of students.
