摘 要:目的初步探讨自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗在青少年错牙合畸形患者正畸临床中的应用。方法分析临床采用268颗国产和进口自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗对107例青少年错牙合畸形患者进行正畸治疗情况,总结微螺钉种植体支抗的应用方法及临床应用体会。结果微螺钉种植体支抗的总成功率分别为94.03%,国产和进口微螺钉种植体植入成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均能有效完成支抗控制。植入不同部位微螺钉种植体成功率有一定差异,植入腭部的微螺钉种植体成功率明显高于其他部位。结论微螺钉种植体是正畸治疗中一种效果肯定的骨性正畸支抗。Objective To explore the clinical orthodontic application of microscrew implants in adolescent. Methods The treating results of 107 patients aged from 13 to 18(average 15.4 years)with domestic and foreign microscrew implants were analyzed.The applications of the two kinds of microscrew implants in orthodontic treatment were also analyzed and the clinical experience was summarized. Results The successful rate of microscrew implants was 94.03%.No significant difference was found between domestic and foreign microscrew implants(P0.05).Compared with other regions,the successful rate of palatal implants was the highest. Conclusions Microscrew implant could be used as an efficient method to control vertical anchorage.
