摘  要:深化校企合作是培养卓越工程人才的关键,但如何进行是亟待破解的难题。该文构建了以互惠互利、多元合作为引导面,以制度保障、校企联盟为支撑面,以校企联合培养、校企共建基地、校企共建课程、校企共建师资为4个着力面,以工程人才培养为利益共同体的"六面一体"的立体化校企合作模式,促进校企合作的良性开展,切实提升了工程人才培养质量,具有鲜明的特色和示范作用。As the key for developing outstanding engineering talents, deepening the school-enterprise cooperation now is a hard nut to crack. One in-depth hexahedral cooperation mode in engineering education between universities and enterprises was constructed. The new mode adopts mutual benefit, multifaceted cooperation as guiding surface, adopts system security, school-enterprise alliance as supporting surface, adopts joint training,building base together, building courses together and developing teachers as the focal surface, and takes engineering talent cultivation as a community of interests. The new mode promotes the cooperation between universities and enterprises, effectively enhances the quality of the training, and has distinct characteristics and exemplary role.
