摘　　要：从学科竞赛对应用型人才培养的地位和作用入手,结合管理实际对制约学科竞赛管理发展的因素进行了分析,并在此基础上,研究探讨改革学科竞赛管理机制的方法以便为学科竞赛的开展提供有力保障。Beginning from the position and function of subject contest to application-oriented talents cultivation, the factors limiting the development of subject contest management are analyzed by combining the management practice, and based on this, the method of reforming subject contest management system is studied and investigated so as to supply strong support to carrying out subject contest.
