摘　　要：学科竞赛对培养学生创新能力、深化实践教学体系和课程内容改革等具有重要作用。针对西藏大学组织学科竞赛活动起步晚、参赛人数少、受益面窄、管理体系不完善等现状,提出构建以加强政策层面的顶层设计为基础、完善学科竞赛管理制度、多渠道解决经费不足、学科竞赛与实践教学相结合的学科竞赛体系。The discipline competition plays an important role on training students＇ innovative ability, and deepening the practice teaching system and curriculum reform. In view of the present status of organization started late, participants less, benefited range narrow, and imperfect management system in Tibet University, a discipline competition system is constructed, which is based on the strengthening policy level top design, the perfect discipline competition management system, multi channel to solve fund shortage, combination of subject con^est and practical teaching, etc.
