摘　　要：高职院校公用房是指除教职工住房之外的教学、科研、行政、生活后勤等一切产权归属学校的公共用房,一般高职院校公用房的资产总量都占到学校资产总量的80%左右,做好这些公用房的管理也是关系到高职院校国有资产是否能保值增值的重要问题,在当前提升高职院校内涵建设,构建节约型校园和建设和谐校园的过程中,做好这项工作的意义更显十分重要。The public houses refer to all houses used in teaching, researching, administration and logistics belonged to colleges besides the houses for teaching and administrative staff, which account for 80% of the total assets. The management of public houses is an important issue relating to maintain and increase value of the national assets of higher vocational colleges. It is significant to do this task to increase the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges and construct conservation-oriented harmonious campus.
