摘 要:【目的】探讨戊糖片球菌微胶囊的最佳包埋条件及该微胶囊制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫器官指数的影响。【方法】以从散养成年地方鸡种(草科鸡)公鸡盲肠筛选得到的戊糖片球菌(编号CGMCC No.6566)为对象,设计L9(34)正交试验,筛选制备该戊糖片球菌微胶囊的最佳配方,并检测该制剂对人工胃液的耐受性、肠溶性及贮存稳定性。将120只1日龄健康AA肉鸡随机分成两组,组内3个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,饲喂组在基础日粮中以拌料的方式添加1g/kg戊糖片球菌微胶囊,饲喂6周,对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫器官指数进行测定。【结果】①戊糖片球菌微胶囊包埋产率最高可达80.44%,且产品具有较好的耐酸性与肠溶性,在室温(20℃)下具有较好的贮存稳定性;②饲喂戊糖片球菌显著提高了肉仔鸡的生产性能,全期平均增重较未添加组(对照组)提高13.36%,料肉比降低6.07%,显著提高胸肌率和腿肌率,胸肌率较未添加组提高15.58%,腿肌率提高11.07%,胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊指数与对照组比较差异不显著。【结论】在试验期内持续添加戊糖片球菌微胶囊可提高肉鸡饲料利用率,提高生长性能,同时也能改善肉鸡产肉性能。[Objective] This research concentrated on screening the optimum embedding conditions of Pediococcus pentosaceus microcapsule and their effects on the production performance and im- mune organ index of broilers. [Method] P. pentosaceus was screened from the cecum of an adult Caoke chicken raised in the free-range system (numbered CGMCC No. 6566). The optimum em- bedding condition was selected, by the L9(34) orthogonal test and statistical analysis, and the tol- erance of the microcapsule products in the simulated gastric fluid, enteric solubility and storage stability were detected. 120 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates. Then the P. pentosaceus microcapsule (1 g per kilogram feed) was added in the basal diet of the trial group for 6 weeks and the control group was fed only with basal diet. [Re- sults] (D P. pentosaceus mierocapsule embedding yield reaches 80. 440//oo, and the products had good resistance to simulated gastric fluid environment. Products also have good enteric solubility and can be stable at room temperature (20 ~C). Broiler weight gain rate (13.36%), breast muscle rate (15.58%) and thigh muscle rate (11.07%) in the trial group were significantly in- creased compared to the control group. Besides, a higher feed conversion ratio (6.07%) was de-tected from the birds with P. pentosaceus microcapsule products supplied than those without pro- biotic supplement. There were no significant differences in thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius index between the trial group and the control group. [Conclusion] P. pentosaceus microcapsule product has a positive probiotic effect on broiler's growth and meat perfcrrnance.
