摘 要:按照国家侧面碰撞法规要求,以某国产经济型轿车为研究对象,建立了整车侧面移动壁障碰撞仿真模型,利用有限元软件Lsdyna对该车进行侧面碰撞仿真计算,并对仿真结果进行了分析。针对侧面碰撞中主要的承力及吸能部件,从结构形状、材料强度及厚度等方面进行了优化改进。仿真结果表明:优化后的模型车门和B柱的侵入量以及侵入速度明显减小,整车侧面碰撞的耐撞性得到提高。According to the requirements of the national side impact regulation, side impact simulation model of a domestic economy car was established. Then side impact simulation analysis was made u- sing the finite element software LS-DYNA. After analyzing results, the optimization and improvement of main hearing force and energy absorption components had been performed on the aspects of struc- ture shape, material strength and thickness in the side impact. The simulation results show that the B pillar and front door invasion is reduced, and the side impact performance is improved
