摘　　要：针对我国现阶段由于教育整体的缺位造成的对科技文化教育功能的遮蔽问题,提出要从互启观念、张扬主体、整合资源、运行机制等方面大力加强科技文化教育,促进学生的全面发展。Since the inadequacy of temporary education and its consequence of the malfunction of science,technology and culture,it＇s necessary to enforce the education of sci-tech and culture by making the main part to be widely known, setting up the concept of inspiring each other, integrating resources,and adjusting the main operating mechanism,so as to promote the development of students.
