摘　　要：根据社会对体育教育专业人才的需求,遵循"以学生发展为本"的教育理念,研究了以实践教学体系为载体,以学生能力提升为目标的体育教育专业学生就业竞争力培育的实践教学,以探索实践教学改革的新思路,提高教育教学质量,拓展学生的专业素质、综合素质,为学生在就业竞争中取得优势打下良好的基础。This paper mainly illustrates Physical Education practice teaching reform focused on cultivating students＇ employment competition and its method. According to the social demand forphysical education majors, following students＇ development-centered educational theory, some new thoughts on practice teaching reform are explored in order to improve teaching quality, develop students＇ professional and comprehensive qualities, and finally help to lay a good foundation for them to gain advantages in employment competition.
