摘  要:分析了高校推进雷锋精神育人常态化的理论意义,认为高校要弘扬和发展雷锋精神,以雷锋精神引领校园文化建设,推动学雷锋活动常态化,育人是关键,应该着重从雷锋精神及雷锋式人物进行宣传教育;着重从雷锋精神育人常态化反馈机制开展育人活动效果的评估和改进;着重从雷锋精神育人常态化长效机制实现雷锋精神育人活动的持续性、广泛性和深入性。The theoretical significance of advancing normalization in educating people with Lei Feng Spirit in colleges and universities are analyzed. It is proposed that, education is the key to promote and develop the spirit of Lei Feng, make Lei Feng spirit to lead construction of campus culture, and promote the normalization of activities of learning from Lei Feng in colleges and universities. The paths are proposed: focusing on the propaganda of the spirit of Lei Feng, and Lei Feng and people of Lei Feng type; focusing on the assessments and improvement of the effectiveness of educating people from normalized feedback mechanism; focusing on achieving the continuity, breadth and depth of the activity of education with Lei Feng spirit from the normal long--term mechanism.
