构建现代职业教育体系 服务山西转型跨越发展

摘　　要：本文结合党的十八届三中全会就深化教育领域综合改革涉及职业教育提出的意见以及《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,提出了构建现代职教体系要依托行业发展探索多元办学机制,指出应实现中高职贯通的现代职业教育体系,发挥政府的主导作用,改革高职人才培养模式,体现终身教育理念和促进中高等职业教育的协调发展与有机衔接。This paper, combined with the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC on deepening the comprehensive reform of education related to the views of vocational education and ＂The National Medium and Long term Educa tion Reform and Development Plan （2010 2020） ＂ , firstly proposed to build a modem vocational education system based on the development of the industry to explore the diverse school system. Then it pointed out that it should be achieved through the education system of the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education inter connected, and the government should play a leading role. Finally the author discussed how to reform vocational training model, embodying the concept of lifelong education and promoting the coordinated development and the or ganic convergence of secondary education and higher vocational education.
