摘　　要：大学教师发展专门机构功能定位和运行机制直接影响其在高校中的作用与地位。研究大学教师发展组织定位对于理解教育主管部门实施本科教学质量与教学改革的政策十分重要。分析教育部公布的30个国家级教师教学发展示范中心的功能定位、机构设置和运行机制也将有助于我们深入认识高校教师发展在高校层面的运行状态并为其他高校设置和管理相关机构提供经验与借鉴。The Function orientation and operation mechanism of the specialized faculty agencies for the development of teachers can directly affects its role of the universities.To study faculty de-velopment orientation is very important for understanding the implementation of undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform policy of the education department.By analyzing the function orien-tation,organization structure and operating mechanism of the 30 national teaching demonstration centers announced by the Ministry of Education,we can understand the teacher development agen-cies running status in universities and provide valuable experiences with other universities for refer-ence
