摘　　要：综述了近年来覆铜板基板材料在无卤无磷阻燃方面的研究进展,重点介绍了含氮、含硅材料以及自熄性材料在无卤无磷阻燃覆铜板中的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。The recent research progress of halogen-free and phosphorus-free flame retardant copper clad laminate（CCL） was reviewed, and the application of nitrogen-containing material, silicon-containing material and self-extinguishing material in the halogen-free and phosphorus-flee flame retardant CCL were introduced mainly, and the development prospect was prospected.
