摘　　要：洞庭湖地区产茶与饮茶历史源远流长,茶文化内涵丰厚,不仅有擂茶、豆子芝麻姜盐茶、银针茶、椒子茶、川芎茶、老叶凉茶、荔枝(桂圆)红枣鸡蛋茶、甜酒茶以及面茶等耐人寻味的茶道,还有别具一格的茶祭礼仪、敬茶礼仪与"五道茶"礼仪。这些茶道、茶俗礼仪彰显了洞庭湖区鲜明的地域特色。Dongting Lake area has a long history in cultivating and drinking tea rich in cultural connotations. There are a great many kinds of tea, such as Lei tea; Beans, sesame, ginger and salt tea; Silver Needle tea; Jiaozi tea; Chuanqiong tea; herbal tea; Litehi （longan） jujube eggs tea; sweet wine tea; seasoned millet mush tea etc. There are also unique tea rituals and sacrifice, etiquette of serving tea and the ＂five tea＂ eti-quette. These tea customs and etiquette constitute its distinctive regional features.
