摘　　要：分子生物学是从分子水平上研究生命现象的学科,已应用到了生物科学相关的很多领域.近年来,生物科学专业相关的"理论型"人才已基本趋于饱和,人才培养目标从"理论型"向"应用型"的转变迫在眉睫.基于此,分析了分子生物学课程开展研究性教学的必要性,并对研究性教学的教学设计、教学方法、考核方法进行了改革与思考,为实现应用型人才培养目标做出了有益探索.Molecular biology, one of disciplines for studying life molecular phenomenon, has been applied to the field of life science. However, the theoretical type person who are engaged in life science are getting saturated, it is on time that types will be changed from the theoretical to the application. In this study, we analyzed the necessary of researching study for molecular biology curriculum, and reformed the teaching design, teaching method, and assessment method in order to realize the object of cultural applied talent.
