摘　　要：近年来,我国学界围绕社区教育工作者培养的理论研究呈扩张趋势,学者们对社区教育工作者培养的培养体系、培养方式、培养目标、培养资源、培养环境等等关键性问题开展了深入而广泛的探究,取得了丰硕的成果。试图对我国社区教育工作者培养研究所取得的成果,进行系统的总结与归纳,重点是对社区教育工作者的定义、工作能力、发展现状和培养对策进行梳理,并提出今后研究趋势和展望,以便为后续性研究提供有价值的借鉴与参考。Recently, it showed a trend of expansion in the theoretical study of the training of community education workers. The scholars studied thoroughly and extensively in the problem of training system,training methods, training objects, training resources and training environment and etc. and achieved fruitful results. This paper attempts to summarize and generalize the achievements in the study of community education workers＇ training systematically and sort out the definition, ability, situation and strategies in community education workers. Then this article makes prospects on the study to provide valuable reference for the follow-up study.
