摘　　要：党的十八大明确指出,要以增强党性、提高素质为重点,加强和改进党员队伍教育管理,健全党员立足岗位创先争优长效机制,推动广大党员发挥先锋模范作用。高等学校建立研究生党员教育长效机制就是对创先争优活动最深入的落实。沈阳农业大学研究生院党总支从研究生党员教育中存在的不足出发,明确建立研究生党员教育考核工作的重要性,首次提出在研究生党员中开展"双表制"的教育考核写实工作,通过拓宽党员组织生活形式、建立教育考核保障措施,实现对研究生党员的教育考核,进而增加研究生党员自我修养的紧迫感,达到提高研究生党性修养的目的。Comrade Hujintao pointed out in the report to the eighteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China that it is a Party member＇s political soul and spiritual pillar with which he can stand tests of any kind to hold firmly to a Party member＇s ideal and belief and be steadfast in a Party member＇s spiritual pursuit, belief in Marxism, socialism and communism. We should strengthen the ideological and theoretical construction as foundation, study Maxims, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, deeply study and practice the Scientific Development Concept, move forward the construction of study -oriented Party organizations, and educate and guide all Party members and cadres to persistently strive for the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Postgraduate students, who are at the top level of the Chinese education with record of formal schooling, have on their shoulders the great responsibility of knowledge inheritance, technological innovation and economic development. Graduate student Party members, who are regarded as elite of the postgraduate students, account for about one third of all graduate students. In this sense, it is particularly important to strengthen the education of the postgraduate students on ideal and belief. Therefore, it is put forward in the perspective of innovating the grass-roots Party building of graduate students in colleges and universities for the first time that the assessment mechanism for the education of graduate student Party members should be established and exercised, by which the postgraduate student Party members＇ Party spirit accomplishment, management and system construction are hoped to be promoted.
