摘　　要：大学研究生宿舍是研究生生活、学习的主要场所,也是高等院校校园文化建设的重要窗口。随着研究生规模的不断扩大,研究生逐渐成为高等院校的一大主体,研究生宿舍文化日渐成为大学校园文化建设的重要组成部分,应该加大投入力度,改善硬件条件;加强科学管理,努力推进自律互助的管理方式;以人为本,积极营造和谐上进的社交场所。Dormitories of graduate students are the main places where they live and study everyday and an important window of the campus culture construction as well. With the continuous enrollment expansion, graduate students have gradually constituted an important part of the student main body and the dormitory culture of graduate students has become an important part of the campus culture construction. Investment should be increased to improve their hardware conditions, scientific management be strengthened to promote student mutual help and self-discipline management and humanism be employed actively to create social places with harmony and upward mobility.
