摘　　要：职业道德是影响高等院校毕业生就业的重要因素,加强职业道德教育的研究具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。调查发现,高等院校毕业生职业道德教育水平总体较好,但在许多方面仍需加强。而影响职业道德水平提升的因素包括社会背景、行业特点、高等院校职业道德教育体系不足和高等院校毕业生自身的局限性。从社会、企业和高等院校三个维度构建促进职业道德教育综合体系建设,是提升职业道德教育的必由之路,也是促进高等院校毕业生就业的有力保障。Professional ethics is an important factor affecting the employment of university graduates. Strengthening the education of professional ethics is of much significance both practically and theoretically. A recent survey showed that the education of professional ethics for college graduates in colleges and universities is generally satisfactory and nevertheless needs to be strengthened in aspects. Such factors as the social background, industrial characteristics, imperfections in the current educational system for professional ethics in higher vocational schools and limitations of college graduates all can affect the promotion of professional ethics. Promoting the construction of a comprehensive educational system for professional ethics in the aspects of society, enterprises and institutes of higher learning is absolutely necessary to improving the education of professional ethics and promoting college graduates＇ employment.
