摘　　要：2012年烟台大学药学院"重大新药新型释药系统"服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目获批立项,在学科建设和人才培养方面实现了重大突破。制药工程专业硕士的培养,应在做好博士人才培养项目的大背景下,深化各环节的改革,进一步提升产学研用创新人才的培养,真正开创和建立校企联合制药工程专业硕士培养新模式。In 2012,the school of pharmacy of Yantai University obtained The major new drug release system doctor talents training project to meet national special servicing needs which was a great breakthrough for the discipline construction and talents training. Under the background of doctor talents training project, the new training mode for master of Pharmaceutical Engineering should do some reform and innovation to further enhance the cultivation of innovative talents.
