摘  要:探讨药物化学实验教学中如何培养学生组织协调和创新能力,介绍药物化学实验引入新药创新模拟大奖赛的教学方法。按照大奖赛形成制定大赛规程,学生为主体,自行制定实验方案,对方案进行答辩、点评和修改,按照实验方案进行实际操作,最后进行大奖赛答辩、评奖、表彰及总结工作。实践证明,大奖赛能激发学生学习兴趣,培养独立思考、开拓创新和组织协调能力,增强自信、提高协同创新与交流能力。How to cultivate the student's potential of organization, coordination, and innovation in the medicine chemistry experiment. This paper introduces teaching methods which used a simulation competition for new drug development in our Medicine Chemistry Experiment. The rules and regulations are established according to the simulation competition. The students are required to design the protocol design, do experiment, test, analyze, and debate. Finally, the authors commend and summarize the process of the simulation competition, and awards to some outstanding students. This simulation competition can stimulate students' interest in thinking learning , develop , innovation, organizational skills and serf-confidence, and improve communication skills and independent collaborative innovation.
