摘　　要：本文通过对高校教师教学质量测评系统的需求进行详细分析,细化了系统的功能需求,描述了测评的四个阶段,对每一个阶段分模块进行描述。采取了面向对象方法描述了每一个模块。在系统设计阶段采用了统一建模语言,对测评系统进行了三层架构,井应用了包的设计对复杂的业务进行了处理。最后用Java为编程语言实现了系统测评的四个阶段,并用先进的测试方法对系统进行了测试,实现了系统设计的各项功能。According to the detailed analysis of needs on teaching quality evaluation system of university teachers, this thesis elaborates functional requirements refinement of the system and describes the four stages of evaluation and each stage module. In the system design phase, we used the unified modeling language （uml） measurement system for the three -tier architecture, and applied the package design for complex business processing, finally used Java as the programming language achieved of the four stages of evaluation system, and used the advanced testing methods to test the system, realizing the functions of system design.
