摘　　要：高校是知识和人才培养汇集之地,党的群众工作是高校的日常性、基础性和决定发展稳定的工作。本文从高校"群众"的内涵、党的群众路线视角,分析探索高校党的群众工作的机制建设,以及开展党的群众路线教育实践活动的重要性。Collesges and Universites are the concentration of knowledge and talented persons. The mass work of the Party is the daily basic work in colleges and universities which deciding its development and stability. From the perspective of the essece of the mass work in colleges and universities and the mass linc, the thesis analyzes the systematic constrution of the mass wrok and the importance of carrying out the Party＇s Mass Line Education Practice,
