摘  要:以德国功能目的论为理论依据,以新疆地区餐饮菜单英译为例,尝试对多民族地区餐饮菜单的英译情况进行规范化研究,通过发现问题、分析原因、找出对策、提出合理化建议并制定可行性措施,以期宣传并推广新疆多民族地区民族特色餐饮文化,进行跨文化交流,让更多外国人了解中华民族的餐饮文化。Based on the Skopos Theory of German Functionalism, with C-E translation of dish menus in Xinjiang as the example, this paper is to research into the C-E translation standardization of dish menus in multi-ethnic areas. With existent problems observed, reasons analyzed, appropriate translation strategies adopted, reasonable suggestions made, feasible measures taken, this paper aims to disseminate and promote the peculiar food culture in multi-ethnic areas so as to communicate cross-culturally and enable more foreigners to gain some insight into the Chinese food culture.
