西藏地区高校实验教学中存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文本分析及访谈等方法深入研究了西藏地区三所高校实验教学存在的问题,结果显示,三所学校存在实验教学观念落后,管理制度平台不完善,教师队伍薄弱,总体水平不高及实验教学缺乏层次与针对性等问题,在此基础上提出相应的改进对策。The paper have studied the experimental teaching in Tibet＇ s three different colleges and universities through questionnaires, text anal.ysis, interview, etc and put forward the improving strategies according to the problems such as backward of the concepts in experimental teaching, incompleteness of the system platform for management, weakness in the teaching staff and the lowness in its overall level, lack of hierarchy and pertinence in experimental teaching which presented in the research results.
