摘　　要：研究了有限p-群G中三元生成正规子群和商群G/Z(G)的幂导性.采用极小阶反例的方法,应用幂导嵌入的性质,通过亚交换群换位子公式运算,给出了幂导p-群(p≥5)中三元生成正规子群幂导的必要性条件.同时,通过讨论有限p-群的G导群G′所满足的条件,得出G的商群G/Z(G)关于幂导的一个充分条件和必要条件.The powerful properties of normal subgroups with 3 generating elements and factor groups G/Z（G） in finite p-group G was studied. The necessary conditions of powerful property about normal sub- groups with 3 generating elements in finite powerful p-groups （p≥5） are given by using minimal counterex- ample order method, the powerful embedded property and the commutator formula of metabelian group. Moreover,by discussing the conditions which the derived group G＇ of finite p-group G met, the sufficient condition and the necessary condition of powerful property about factor group G/Z（G） of G are given.
