摘　　要：对有限群G及其Sylowp-子群S,研究了Thompson子群Jr(S)在G中的正规性问题,所得结果推广了I.M.Isaacs关于另一个Thompson子群Je(S)相应的正规性定理.For a finite group G and a Sylow p-subgroup S of G, the normality problem of the Thompson sub- group Jr （ S ） in G was studied, and the result which is obtained generalizes the corresponding normality theo- rem of another Thompson subgroup J, （ S ） due to I. M. Isaacs.
