摘　　要：教学手段与技术的限制是机场现场指挥人才培养面临的重要瓶颈。以虚拟现实技术为基础,通过模拟训练系统的开发、实践教学的改革,建立一套适用于交通运输专业机场现场运行管理方向的实践课程体系,彻底解决长期依赖书本的理论学习,使得机场现场理论知识直接得到实践应用,在加深理论理解的同时锻炼了工作岗位所需技能。Method of teaching and technology limitation are the important bottlenecks of the Airport Ramp command personnel training. Virtual reality technology as the foundation, through the development of simulation training system and the reform of practice teaching, a suitable the practice course system for transportation professional airport ramp operations management direction is estab- lished, the situation of long-term depending on the book theory study is thoroughly changed, the air- port ramp handling theory knowledge could be deepening understood and directly applied to practice, student exercise the required job skills at the same time.
