赫兹伯格双因素理论视角下的大学生志愿服务保障——以厦门大学为例

摘　　要：从赫兹伯格双因素理论视角进行分析,可以发现目前我国大学生志愿服务保障存在两方面问题:一是保健因素方面,如志愿者的人身安全缺乏基本保障,志愿服务物质奖励处境尴尬以及培训和评估环节薄弱;二是激励因素方面,如志愿服务参与意识缺乏,能力和经验难以提升。因而,志愿服务保障需要在保健和激励这两方面都有所改善。具体而言,包括全方位保障志愿者的人身安全,提供适当的物质奖励,重视志愿服务的培训和评估,增强志愿者自我身份的认同和参与意识,强化志愿者和活动的链接等。In this article, it is analyzed from the perspective of Frederick Herzberg＇ s two - factor theory, and it is found that university students＇ volunteer service guarantee faces problems which mainly lie in two sources. One is mental factor, such as the absence of volunteer＇ s personal security, the embarrassing situation of material reward and the weakness of training and evaluation; the other one exists in the motivation factor, for instance, the lack of the sense of participation, staggering in promotion of ability and experience in volunteers. According to the dual - factor theory, voluntary service guarantee should be improved in terms of two perspectives, which specifically in- clude developing volunteers＇ safety consciousness in overall sides, providing proper material reward, paying atten- tion to volunteers＇ training and evaluation ; on the other hand, enhancing self- identity and sense of participation, reinforcing links between voluntary service and abilities.
