摘  要:社区学院的建立与发展是20世纪美国教育领域最重要的事件,社区学院经历以转学教育职能为主的初级学院时期,引进社区教育的繁荣时期,以职业教育为主的成熟时期和职业教育、社区教育、转学教育相互整合发展的四个时期。美国社区学院的发展历程对我国农民工教育的启示主要有四个方面:其一,整合、新建为当地社会经济发展服务的高等职业院校;其二,政府立法保障以农民工为主的普通劳动人民群体接受教育的权利;其三,财政拨款为农民工接受职业教育提供经济保障;其四,课程设置实用性与人文性并重。The establishment and development of community college is the most important event in the twenti- eth century of American education field, experiencing the four periods : the start - up period of transferring educa- tional functions, the booming period of introduction of community education, occupation education dominated as the mature period, and the integration of occupation education, community education, and the transferring education. There are four aspects about the enlightenment of American community college development on the China' s migrant workers education: firstly, the integration and construction of new higher occupation colleges to serve for the local economic development ; secondly, government legislation to protect the rights of migrant workers of ordinary working people to receive education; thirdly, funding security for migrant workers to receive the occupational education; fourthly, the curriculum setting both practicality and humanity.
