摘　　要：速记涉及面广,综合性强。人们常用速记写自己的思想。英语速记的根本目的是记录源信息。速记的内容是对源信息内容的诠释性采集。不可否认的是,速记笔记的记录绝不可能100%地追上源语的语速,因此,大量删减信息的笔记速符、有效转述源语信息内容、对源语信息内容拆解和信息重构的效率成为速记笔记中极高的要求。在五种英语速记笔记的记录原则指导下,速记笔记不但起着对记忆的强化作用,还通过清晰的逻辑层次结构最大限度地加速着语言的转换。Stenography involves a broad and comprehensive writing for people to record their thoughts. The fundamental purpose of English stenography is to record English original information. The stenographic content is an interpretive collection of the source information. It is undeniable that outputs of stenographic notes can never catch up with the speed of the source language speech. Therefore, a large number of stenographic symbols can effectively convey information of the source language. Efficiency becomes very important in disassembly and reconstruction of the source language information. Guided by five principles, English stenography not on- ly strengthens the memory, but also accelerates linguistic conversion to a maximum based on clear logical hierarchy.
