摘　　要：经济管理类学科的实验教学是经济管理类教学体系的有机组成部分,而实验室是则培养经济管理类专业高素质人才的重要基地。做好经济管理类实验教学建设,必须转变实验教学的观念,拓宽实验教学思路,采取多维教学方式,完善实验教学体制,建立创新型实验室,建立完善的人才激励和培养机制,才能将实验教学与理论教学有机结合起来,共同为培养高素质的经济管理类人才服务。The experimental teaching is an organic part of teaching system of economics and man- agement disciplines, and management laboratory is an important base of cultivating high-quality professional talent of economic management class. In order to make the organic combination of ex- perimental teaching and theory teaching, and provide service for talent of education high quality e- conomic management class, we should change experimental teaching idea, broaden the horizon of experimental teaching, adopt multidimensional teaching methods, perfect experimental teaching system, establish innovative laboratory, and build perfect talent incentive and the cultivation mech- anism.
