摘　　要：在教育技术环境下,英语教学模式呈现出许多新特点。探讨了教育技术带来的英语教学新模式,分析了教育技术环境对英语学习参与者的影响以及英语学习呈现的新特点,指出英语学习在新技术支撑下,摆脱了以往的模式,促进了学习的主动性、积极性,是一种基于能力的培养模式。The present paper discusses the influence of new media on English teaching and learning and concludes some new features of learning, especially English learning in the new media situation. The paper proposes that English learning, under the support of the new technology, has the characteristics of being initiative and innovative compared with the previous models of learning and is a competence- oriented training model.
