摘　　要：研究了温度、 p H、接种量及装液量对节杆菌 ( AS)产β-呋喃果糖苷酶活力的影响 ,得出适宜的培养条件是 :培养温度为 32℃、体系的 p H为 6.5左右、接种量为 2 %、装液量为 12 0 m L。In this paper,it was introduced that the effect of temperature,pH,amount of inoculation and the volume on activity of β Fructorfuranosidase from Arthrobactor sp..The optimum conditions were 32℃ temperature,pH 6 5, 2%amount of inoculation 120 mL volume.$$$$
