摘 要:素质教育和课程改革的成败与教师素质的高低有重要关系,而教师素质的高低在很大程度上取决于教师的职业认同。本研究通过对甘肃省某县414名教师的问卷调查发现:教师个体特质中的基本教学技能与其职业认同显著相关,而学历因素则与其职业认同呈现显著负相关关系;其他较显著的影响因素还有职业价值、微观政治、职业倦怠、工作积极性和个体知识与信念等,本研究据此建立了线性模型并提出了一些建设性建议。The successes of quality education and curriculum reforms have important relationship with the discretion of the teachers' quality, and the level of teachers' qualities is depending on teachers' professional identity. This study was carried out on 414 teachers in X county, Gansu province by using the method of questionnaire survey. It found that: The basic teaching skills of the teachers' individual characteristics were significantly associated with its professional identity, while the degree factors showed significant negative correlation with its professional identity; The other significant influencing factors are professional values, micro politics, job burnout, work enthusiasm and individual knowledge and belief. Based on this result, we built up a linear model and put forward some constructive suggestions.
