从标记理论看《红楼梦》中王熙凤的言语符号和非言语符号特征

摘  要:文章运用标记理论分析了《红楼梦》中王熙凤的言语符号特征和非言语符号特征发现王熙凤不仅使用了大量的无标记和有标记的称谓语、抱怨语、骂詈语、委婉语、威胁语、赞美语来与形形色色的人打交道并维持其管家大奶奶的地位,而且还善于运用话语标记语来承上启下和加强语气;王熙凤的服饰、外貌、微笑等非言语符号也具有很强的标记性,与同时代的人差别很大,表现出强烈的对立和不对称性。标记理论不仅为分析王熙风这一有血有肉的形象提供了新的视角,而且必将会给人们的日常交际带来启发。The markedness theory is applied to analyzing the features of verbal and non-verbal symbols of Wang Xifeng in A Dream of Red Mansions. It is found that to handle many complicated things and deal with people from all works of life, Wang Xifeng uses a great deal of both marked and unmarked addressing terms, complaint words, swearwords, euphemisms, threatening words and complimentary words. She is also good at using discourse markers to achieve the purpose of emphasizing and forming a connecting link between the preceding and following discourses. Besides, Wang Xifeng's clothing, appearance and smile also bear strong markedness, differentiating a lot from people of her age and showing sharp contrast and asymmetry. The application of markedness theory to analyzing Wang Xifeng provides a new research perspective and can enlighten people a lot in their daily communica- tion.
