摘  要:基于压缩式位移补偿理论,研制出一款新型压缩式橡胶挠性接管,并对接管的各项性能进行试验考核,结果表明:接管在充压状态时橡胶始终处于压缩状态,安全可靠性高;自平衡能力强,充压状态下接管本身几乎不产生变形;结构刚度低,位移补偿效果好,最大变形量可达到20 mm以上;减振、隔振效果好,插入损失值可达到15 dB以上。Based on compressive displacement compensation theory, a new compressed rubber flexible hose was developed, and its performance was tested. The result showed that the hose always stays in compressive state when it is pressed, and the reliability is good; it has greater self-balancing ability. The hose almost has no distortion when it is pressed. It has lower structural stiffness, greater displacement compensation ability and higher damping capacity. Its maximum deformation can reach and exceed 20 mm, and the insert loss can reach and exceed 15 dB.
