高职院校教师职业师范性缺失及其改善策略——基于内涵建设的视角

摘　　要：从教师职业师范性内涵谈起,分析了导致目前高职院校教师职业师范性缺失的主要原因,并从宏观上提出了提供系统化的校本培训,完善继续教育和学习的途径;个体发展与教学团队建设协调发展;加强师德教育,倡导"以师为本"的管理理念;正确处理科研和教学两者的关系;不能唯"双师型"唯"学历型"等改善策略。The connotation of teacher＇s professional normal characteristics is firstly discussed, and then the main reasons leading to its absence are analyzed. Improvement strategies on the macro level are put forward as follows： providing file systematic college-based training, improving approaches of continuing education and study; harmonizing the individual development and the development of the teaching team; intensifying education of teachers＇ ethics and advocating the management concept ofeacber-orianted; correctly handling the relationship between scientific research and teaching; not assessing teachers only from ＂double-teacher type＂ or ＂academic teacher type＂, etc.
