让“生活教育、生存训练”走进课堂——对我国高校体育课程改革的思考

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、比较分析等研究方法,对我国高校体育课程内容改革在生存教育上的缺失进行了分析与研究。借鉴国外高校体育课程的设置与改革,建议将生活教育、生存训练、灾难教育列入我国高校公共体育课程内容之中,并提出了相应的改革措施。目的是为了提高我国高校大学生的生存预防能力,促进我国高校教育通过体育课程实现生活教育的目的,使高校教育更好地服务于社会。Using the methods of literature, expert interviews, comparative law research methods, analysis the missing of university physical education curriculum reform in the education of survival in the natural environment of the contemporary complex and volatile, Learning from foreign university sports curriculum set and Reform, It recommended life education, survival training, disaster education in our college PE courses content and proposed reform measures to improve survival prevention ability of college students in China and the promotion of college education through sports courses to achieve the purpose of life education, college education to better serve the community.
