摘　　要：新生代农民工日益成为我国经济社会发展进程中的主力军,但在受收入水平、工作和生活环境、社会融入状况、自我发展能力、学习能力和文化程度等多种因素影响下,他们的幸福感偏低。新生代农民工幸福感的提升对成人教育提出了诉求,应通过相应的成人教育策略切实提升新生代农民工的幸福感。The new generation of migrant workers is increasingly becoming the main force of the de- velopment of Chinese economic and social, but under the influence of a variety of factors, such as the level of income, working and living environment, the status of social inclusion, the ability of self - de- velopment, learning ability and education level, their well-being is low. The enhancement of the new generation of migrant worker ＇s well - being proposed the appeal to adult education, we should effectively enhance the well - being of the new generation of migrant workers through the corresponding strategies.
