摘　　要：统计了山东省2010年～2013年748份食醋监督抽查结果，结合对食醋生产企业的实地检查信息，找出其中存在的质量安全问题或隐患，并分析了产生原因，提出需要注意或改进的建议。Make statistics of 748 samples of vinegar selective examination results in Shandong province from 2010 to 2013, combining with the field inspection information of vinegar production enterprises to find out the quality and safety problems or troubles, analyze the reasons and give suggestions about how to resolve or improve them.
