中医医院初级职称护理人员中医护理培训大纲的构建

摘　　要：目的以国家中医药管理局下发的《中医医院中医护理工作指南(试行)》为依据,根据中医医院初级职称护理人员知识结构特点和中医护理培训需求,制订培训大纲。方法主要采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询。结果确立的培训大纲包括8个培训项目和48项培训内容,并确定了相应的培训目标和学时数,提出了教学时数分配和培训方法的建议方案。结论针对该培训大纲,专家积极系数和权威程度较高,意见较为集中,咨询结果可靠。该大纲的制订既考虑了中医医院初级职称护理人员的知识结构特点和岗位胜任要求,又注重学科知识的逻辑结构,具有较好的科学性、系统性、可行性和目标性。Objective To formulate the training syllabus for junior nurses in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the Guideline of Traditional Chinese Nursing issued by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using Delphi method. Results The training syllabus consisted of 8 training programs and 48 training items with detailed training objectives, training methods and allocation of training hours. Conclusion The experts＇ positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient was high with high level of consensus among the experts. The training syllabus not only takes the knowledge strucure and job competency of junior nurses in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine into account,but also embodies the logic structure of professional knowledge. It has been proved to be scietltifie, systematic, feasihle and goal-oriented.
