摘　　要：新世纪伊始,德国启动了学习型地区建设项目。通过对发展脉络进行梳理,可以了解德国学习型地区建设所历经的三个不同的发展时期,并为我国的学习型社会建设提供积极的借鉴与启示。At the beginning of the new century, the project of learning -area construction started in German. By looking through the development context, people can learn that the learningarea construction in German has experienced three different development stages, which may provide positive inspiration to China＇ s learning - society construction.
