摘  要:为了实现混合驱动五杆机构的异形断面盾构功能,运用机构学原理,以两连杆的铰链点作为运动轨迹的发生点,分析了该机构有条件可动的条件,推导了极限位置处杆长与两驱动输入运动规律间的关系式,提出了将异形盾构混合驱动变异五杆切削机构双曲柄存在的必要条件作为约束条件的观点,该观点使异形盾构混合驱动五杆机构的设计实现、分析和优化成为可能,并为异形盾构变异五杆切削机构的应用推广奠定了理论基础。Abstract: To realize the functions of the flexible section shield containing the five-bar cutting mechanism driven by hybrid drive, applying the theory of mechanisms and taking the hinge point of two-bar linkage as the occurrence point of motion orbit, the paper analyzed the movability conditions of the mechanism, anddeduced the formula indicating the relationship between the bar length in limit position and the two-input motion laws. In addition, it proposed the idea that the necessary condition of existence of double cranks of modified five-bar cutting mechanism driven by hybrid drive in abnormal-shaped sectional shield being regarded as the constraint conditions. The idea made it possible to design, analyze and optimize the modified five-bar cutting mechanism driven by hybrid drive in abnormal-shaped sectional shield, and laid theoretical foundation for the application and spread of the modified five-bar cutting mechanism driven by hybrid drive in abnormal-shaped sectional shield.
