中国海归企业基于二元网络的组织学习与技术创新——一个跨案例研究

摘　　要：技术创新是海归企业生存和发展的关键,但目前对海归企业的发展机制特别是技术创新机理缺乏研究。结合中西方社会网络理论,通过对四个典型海归企业的案例分析,认为国外社会网络和国内社会关系网络通过组织学习促进了海归企业的技术创新和绩效,而且国外社会网络是海归企业所独有的竞争优势所在。Technology innovation is key to China returnee enterprise,but now the research about mechanism of development of China returnee enterprise, especially the mechanism of technology innovation is blank. Through integrating theory of the social network of Chinese and western society, we find that ambidextrous network of China returnee enterprise promote the organizational learning and the organizational learning promote the technology innovation of China returnee enterprise. The social network of abroad of China returnee enterprise is competitive advantage unique to China returnee enterprise.
