摘　　要：科学技术的飞速发展,促使企业需要大批具有企业实践经验又具有扎实的理论基础知识的高素质人才,许多企业开始注重培养和使用年轻化、知识化、专业化的一线技术人员,但问题的焦点在于系统化的理论学习与繁忙工作之间存在的矛盾不能很好地解决,远程开放教育企业职业教育应运而生。本文以襄阳远程开放教育企业职业教育为研究对象,从远程开放教育在企业职业教育中具备的优势、襄阳远程开放教育企业职业教育的几种典型模式以及远程开放教育企业职业教育中应注意的几个问题加以探讨,旨在促进远程开放教育企业职业教育的健康发展,指导及推动远程开放教育企业职业教育人才培养,为改革和发展其他地区远程开放教育企业职业教育提供借鉴和参考。This article takes the enterprise vocational education of Xiangyang distance and open education as the research object, explores the advantages distance and open education have in enterprise vocational education, the typical modes of Xiangyang enterprise vocational education, and several aspects we should pay attention to in its development. By this study, the author hopes to promote the healthy development of enterprise vocational education, guide and stimulate talents cultivation
