摘　　要："贫困"、"反贫困"、"可持续发展"是全球化议题中最为核心的部分。全球贫富差距的急剧拉大以及生态环境的日益恶化使人们对新自由主义经济全球化的忍耐达到了极限。在全球"结社革命"以及风起云涌的反全球化运动的冲击下,政治上左、中、右翼都不约而同地把其理论和政治视角投向了公民社会、全球公民社会研究,力求在新的对话和实践方式下寻求解决贫困的方法。＂ Poverty＂, poverty - eradication and ＂sustainable development＂ are the core topics in the issue of globalization. Neolib- eral globalization not only makes the gap between the rich and the poor wider, but also leads to ecological deterioration. Under the im- pact of ＂association revolution＂ and ＂anti -globalization movement＂, the political left, the middle and the right all focus on the study of ＂civil society＂ and ＂ global civil society＂ in order to find some theoretical and political approaches to poverty - eradication through the new dialogue and practice.
